You can do this without me.
A month, online, in a cohort. £399 plus VAT, and you keep the tool afterwards.
What it covers.
What a customer actually costs you to win, and what one's actually worth. Not the versions in your dashboard. The ones that survive a finance conversation.
Then what to do when the two don't work. Where money's going that shouldn't be, and how to build a plan that says so out loud.
Six short sessions, over the month. Each one is a recorded talk of about twenty minutes, a reading or two, and a quick quiz.
- 1The blind spot. Why marketing can look busy without ever proving it pays.
- 2The ratio that settles it. What a customer costs set against what one is worth, in plain terms, and why finance already trusts it.
- 3What a customer costs to win. The true, full cost on real figures, not the version in the dashboard.
- 4What a customer is worth. The value side, done honestly.
- 5What the ratio tells you to do. How to act on it: correct the spend, don't retreat from it.
- 6Owning it. Taking it to finance, and resetting the relationship.
Who it's for.
Marketing directors who are tired of defending a budget with activity numbers.
Fractional CMOs and consultants who need something to hand a client that isn't another audit.
Agency strategists who keep losing the brand argument to someone with a spreadsheet.
You don't need to be good at finance. You need to be willing to find out something you might not like.
How it runs.
A month, online, with a cohort that starts and finishes together.
Two sessions unlock each week, so the cohort moves together, with a quiz on each.
Once in the month there's a live hour with me: I'm on screen, you send your questions in, and I work through them with the room. It's recorded, so you won't miss it.
To put it into practice, everyone works the same case: a business we give you. You take it all the way through the tool, then answer one question in your own words.
That last part is the one that's marked. Because everyone works the same business, it's a level field, the grade is about how carefully you work it through, not whose business was healthier. Do it well and there's a certificate.
Access opens on day one and closes at the end of the month. The tool doesn't.
What you keep.
The skill itself: how to work out what a customer costs you to win and what one's worth, properly, and the working to defend it in a finance conversation.
The diagnostic tool, permanently. The same engine used for real client work, with the diagnostic half open to you, so you can run your own business's figures through it whenever you want, long after the course ends.
A certificate, if you pass, that says you can do this.
A signed copy of The Marketing Blind Spot, posted to you in week one.
